Please read these carefully as placing an order with Direct Wholesale Group is deemed as acceptance of our terms and conditions and we reserve the right to decline orders which do not fulfill them.
All orders should be placed online using the Direct Wholesale Group Website and paid for in full before the order is confirmed. Once an order has been made and confirmed, customers will receive a confirmation email of their order and expected delivery date.
To cancel an order that has already been placed via the website, customers should contact (need contact email or phone number) within 48 hours.
Customers must ensure that the correct delivery information is provided at the time of the order being placed. For any amendments to delivery details, customers should notify Direct Wholesale Group by contacting (need contact info) within 48 hours.
Deliveries will be made between 8am-6pm Monday to Saturday and it is the customer’s responsibility to inform Direct Wholesale Group if their opening hours do not coincide with our delivery times. If this is the case out-of-hours delivery can be arranged by contacting (need contact details)
Upon receiving please check the invoice and goods carefully as customers are required to sign on delivery confirming that all goods have been received in good order unless otherwise specified.
Refund and return claims must be made within 48 hours with goods returned unopened in their original packaging. In cases where goods are damaged or not in their original packaging, or a refund claim has been made outside of the 48 hour window, Direct Wholesale Group reserves the right to withhold refunds or returns.
Postage for any returned goods is liable to be paid by the customer and will not be refunded by Direct Wholesale Group.
In cases where an item has been incorrectly dispatched or omitted from an order customers must inform Direct Wholesale Group within 48 hours of delivery. Where appropriate, DWG will then issue the customer with a credit or refund on the items in question.
